Private Hand-building/ Sculpture Class
Do you have a gift to give, but aren’t sure what it should be? Have you wanted to learn how to make some functional hand-built ceramic pieces that are just for you? Or have you wanted to learn how to make a sculptural form, like a ceramic cat or unicorn? We can schedule a private class for 2-8 people, where you will make the object and finish something special with you and your friends, colleagues, family, spouse, partner, etc…. This session is tailored to your experience and what you would like to learn. You can probably make 1 to 2 pieces during our time together. I will bisque and glaze fire them for you. You can either pick them up or have them shipped to you for the cost of shipping. During our 2.5 hour period, I will do a demonstration and you will have about 2 hours for building and adding some color to your pieces.
$125 per person (includes instruction, materials, firings, and glazing your piece)
